A big, polished tower at Nashville Yards, with a 25th-floor rooftop and a new Detroit steakhouse.
The Grand Hyatt opened in 2020 as the anchor of Nashville Yards, the new district between downtown and the Gulch. It does scale very well: 591 rooms, a spa, a pool deck and lou/na on the 25th floor. In 2026 it added Prime + Proper, a Detroit steakhouse with a 10,000-bottle cellar. It suits groups, events and travellers who like a big, reliable hotel.

The design is textured and modern, with quiet references to the Louisville & Nashville Railroad: a boxcar-inspired library and reclaimed railroad ties in the lobby.
