OUR PICK FOR COUPLES
Executive River-View Suite
602–708 ft² · separate living area
The bridge at sunset from your sofa. The sweet spot between a room and a full suite.
SOBRO · DOWNTOWN · ONE BLOCK FROM BROADWAY, ON THE RIVER

Our verdict
It doesn't win every category. The Hermitage has larger standard rooms, the Conrad the biggest suite and The Joseph the higher pool. But no other hotel brings it all together with such assurance: floor-to-ceiling river and skyline views, a serene pool deck, a lively restaurant and service that anticipates what you need.

No booking fee from us for hotel stays. Benefits follow Four Seasons Preferred Partner terms.
Check dates →A high-floor river-view room on every booking, confirmed with the hotel before you arrive.
Ascend Amphitheater faces the hotel. We look up the concerts on your dates, so you can get tickets or plan around the crowds.
Your table at Bacco or on the Terrazza and your private BNA transfer, booked before you land.
The hotel's private in-suite performance by a Nashville songwriter, subject to availability. One of the most memorable things the city offers.
“If The Hermitage is old Nashville glamour and the W its nightlife, the Four Seasons is the quietly assured presence between them.”
A haven of calm that happens to sit beside one of the liveliest streets in America. You arrive into a softly lit lobby that flows straight into Bacco.
Service is polished but warm: staff use your name from the start, and nothing feels performed. Music City shows up with restraint, from sculptural lighting to Tennessee whiskey in the minibar, with no cowboy pastiche.
The Hermitage offers more floor space. The Four Seasons offers the view.
ENTRY ROOMS · 402–414 FT²
Larger than The Joseph, the W and the JW. Only The Hermitage is clearly bigger.
LIGHT
Floor-to-ceiling glass in every room. River side looks along the Cumberland to the pedestrian bridge and stadium.
BATHROOMS
Double marble vanities and walk-in showers, many with a deep soaking tub.

OUR PICK FOR COUPLES
602–708 ft² · separate living area
The bridge at sunset from your sofa. The sweet spot between a room and a full suite.

OUR PICK FOR FAMILIES
Two double beds · sleeps four
A separate living space for the grown-ups, and the pool deck right below the window.

OUR PICK FOR CELEBRATIONS
2,238 ft² · 14th floor · 1–3 bedrooms
Corner living room, dining for eight, private gym and an oval tub by the window. With connecting rooms, one base for four to six. Bigger than The Joseph's and the W's top suites; only the Conrad's Grand Suite and the Hutton Suite are larger.
Also in the collection: One-Bedroom Suites (732–750 ft², eleven in total, with an L-shaped sofa, dining table and freestanding tub) and Premier One-Bedroom Suites (990 ft², just five, on the corners with panoramic river and stadium views).
Bacco opened 10 April 2026 in the former Mimo space, redesigned by AvroKO
FOR A CELEBRATION
A Tuscan steakhouse: premium cuts, house-made pasta and a serious wine list.
BEFORE BROADWAY
An elegant spot for an aperitivo before the night begins.
WEEKEND BRUNCH
A Riviera-style terrace for a long brunch and spritzes. Made for a Saturday group.
AT SUNSET
Mediterranean plates and cocktails on the pool deck. One of SoBro's best sunset drinks.
IN CANDOUR
Bacco is convivial and broadly appealing rather than a gastronomic destination. If the meal is the main event, we'll book you Drusie & Darr at The Hermitage or Yolan at The Joseph.
Seventh floor, overlooking the Cumberland. The tranquil choice: somewhere to read and genuinely unwind.
How it compares: The Joseph's 21st-floor pool sits higher; the JW and W decks are bigger and livelier. The Hermitage, 1 Hotel and Union Station have no pool.
Intimate: six treatment rooms, including a couples' suite, all with floor-to-ceiling windows. Lovely for a massage.
How it compares: Wellness the priority? 1 Hotel's Bamford Wellness Spa was named Tennessee's Best Hotel Spa at the World Spa Awards.
The fitness centre is open 24 hours. Presidential Suite guests also have their own private gym.
Almost everything is walkable, yet you sleep well away from the noise of the honky-tonks. The hotel is one block from Lower Broadway, not on it. By comparison, the Conrad in Midtown is about 20 minutes' walk from Broadway.
ON THE DOORSTEP
Anniversaries, proposals and birthdays.
The city on foot, and restful nights.
Two-bed pool-view suites, a calm pool and a warm welcome for dogs.
An elegant base. The party happens in the city, not the hotel; for a hotel that is the occasion, try the W.
Less suited to: historic character (try The Hermitage or Union Station), gastronomes who want to dine in-house (The Hermitage or The Joseph), and anyone prioritising floor space (The Hermitage).
| Hotel | Choose it for | CHOOSE THE FOUR SEASONS FOR |
|---|---|---|
| The Hermitage | 1910 grandeur, larger standard rooms (490 ft²), a more serious restaurant | River views, a pool and a more modern, lively feel |
| The Joseph | Art-led design, a higher rooftop pool, Yolan downstairs | Slightly larger rooms, the bigger Presidential Suite and river views |
| Conrad | A 3,000 ft² Grand Suite and balconies, in Midtown | Walking to Broadway, river views and a spa |
| W Nashville | A hotel that is the party, with a livelier pool deck | Calm, polish and a short walk to Broadway |
For most travellers, we believe so. It holds Two MICHELIN Keys and a Forbes Four-Star rating, and U.S. News ranked it #3 in Nashville for 2026.
About 405 ft². In line with the Conrad, slightly larger than The Joseph and the W, and larger than the JW and Union Station. Only The Hermitage (490 ft²) is clearly bigger.
Yes, on the seventh-floor terrace overlooking the river, with Rivière Rooftop serving food and drinks alongside.
No. It's a block from Broadway, not on it, and guests consistently describe it as a calm retreat.
