The Aertson is a LEED-designed boutique hotel in Midtown, with Kimpton's warm service, a seasonal rooftop pool and Henley, a busy brasserie. It's a calm, comfortable base for Vanderbilt visits, Music Row and Midtown's bars, but you'll ride rather than walk to Lower Broadway.
