Midtown's music hotel, freshly relaunched, with its own venue and the city's largest suite.
The Hutton completed a $40 million redesign by AvroKO in spring 2026. It has Analog, a 300-seat music venue, writers' studios designed by Dierks Bentley and Ryan Tedder, and the Hutton Suite, which at over 3,000 ft² the hotel calls Nashville's largest. For music lovers who'd rather be in Midtown than on Broadway, it's our first choice.

AvroKO's redesign brought a new lobby bar, Mimi's, and a Vinyl Listening Lounge with turntables and a record collection, plus live music and DJs in the evenings.
Rooms come with record players, instruments and local minibar picks. It feels creative and grown-up rather than a party.
