DOWNTOWN · 401 UNION STREET · A 1970s BANK, REIMAGINED

Our verdict
The Fairlane opened in 2018 in a former 1970s bank building and leans into it beautifully, with terrazzo, travertine, original wood panelling and retro colour. With just over 80 rooms, it's intimate and quiet for a hotel this close to Broadway. There's no pool or spa, but booking through us takes 18% off the best available rate.
